At Chingu, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources that help you succeed. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.
1. Returns on Physical Books & Products
We accept returns on physical items (textbooks, planners, accessories) within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital Products: E-books, downloadable study guides, and online course access codes once they have been downloaded or accessed.
- Gift Cards.
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective book for the same title, please send us an email at support@chingu.com.
5. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the error was ours).
